Bread, one of the oldest artificial food, is a staple prepared from Dough of Flour and Water, usually by baking.
Making bread by oneself is easier than a lot of persons think. If you want to give it a try follow the steps below
Dissolve the yeast in a large bowl of warm water, then mix the flour, salt together with the yeast. Make a hole in the centre, then add oil and water and mix well.
Knead the dough on a lightly floured work surface until it becomes satin smooth
Place it in a lightly oiled bowl, and leave to prove for an hour until it doubles the initial size.
Knock back the dough, then gently mould into a ball. Place it on the baking tray, leave for another one hour.
Preheat the oven to 220°C/fan200°C/gas7 and bake for 25- 30 minutes.
Bake until golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped underneath.
Leave to cool. Your bread is ready to serve.
